Chronic beneficiaries and voluntarily admitted beneficiaries seeking treatment are motivated and prepared for hospitalization.

  • The information sheet is filled.
  • The guarantee form (beneficiary and guardian) is filled.
  • The free treatment form is filled out.
  • The hospital policy rules form is filled out.
  • Medical inquiries are being made.
  • Medical case seat, BP chart, temperature chart are filled.
  • The beneficiary is admitted to the hospital for 21 to 30 days and given counseling treatment.
  • The beneficiary is called for follow-up once a week after giving discharge.
  • Every service offered at Naya Jeevan -IRCA  is totally  free of cost.
  • Beneficiaries are provided free tea breakfast.

 

OPD at Naya Jeevan-IRCA

Beneficiaries who do not wish to be admitted to the hospital for counseling treatment are referred for O.P.D Advised treatment as an outdoor beneficiary.

  • The information sheet is filled.
  • Medical inquiries are being made.
  • The beneficiary is called for follow-up once a week after giving discharge.
  • Beneficiaries are provided free medicine, medical treatment and counseling from the center.
